What we send

Order and shipping updates, replies to support questions you send us, and confirmation when a support representative will call you back. We do not send promotional or marketing texts on this line.

How to join

Check the text message box at checkout, or text our support line at 1-877-574-9376. You must be 21 or older.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your orders and the questions you send us.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Hydro does not charge for the program.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message and you will be opted out immediately. Reply HELP for help, or email sales@hydroherbal.com.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your information
